Getting a little sick of the heat and the humidity, even although you can feel the difference from the past couple of weeks. I went for a short walk today nothing strenuous and yet the sweat is running off me.  I’m glad I’m wearing white again as I think any other colour would be very embarrassing. When I got off the bus my shorts felt so cold because the sweat has been running down my back. Role on winter.  The humidity is so high right now that you only have to move a finger and you’ll start to feel the beads form and begin to role.
