Sunday morning and the sun is up and the day is cool, great day for a wee jaunt on the bike. Now that the temperature has dropped it’s a lot better for the bike and it’s easier to push through when it gets a bit difficult.

Today I did a circuit that I’ve done a few times and it was good today it was quiet, Sunday is the best day to go out on the bike because the traffic is light.
