The weeks are flying by and I’ve nearly been back in the house for one month now which is hard to believe. Most of the heavy lifting work within the house has been done and I’ll soon focus my attention on the outside and the garden.
I hate pidgeons and I have always hated the ones that have tried to make my house home. When I first moved in here years ago there were several pidgeons calling it home. My house is on stilts and they were able to gain access to the garage and storage area under the house and no matter what I did they always seemed to find a way in. After several weeks I got rid of them and they went across the road to another house………happy days.
I have been gone for four years and they have returned, but this time they are on the roof making those dreadful sickening constant pidgeon noises that eventually send me off my nut and so their time at this address is running out.
The roof height here is about 5.5 m and I have just bought a ladder big enough so that I can get up onto my roof. I have solar panels on the roof and I am thinking that they have made a nest under the panels but hopefully later today I will get up there and see what the story is and then I will hopefully be able to evict them.
